Employee Non-Competition and Confidentiality Agreement
This Agreement is concluded between the Employer and the Employee. The Employee agrees to not directly or indirectly compete with the business of the Company and its successors, which shall mean that the Employee shall not directly or indirectly own (whether as proprietor or as shareholder), manage, operate, act as consultant to or be employed in a business substantially similar to and in competition with any business of the Company of which the Employee had been engaged.
